FREE DATA RECOVERY ANALYSIS - Upon inspection, we'll
advise you on what type of hard drive failure you have experienced
for free &
proceed to attempt recovery. If recovery is successful, we will
notify you & await authorization to proceed in transferring your
data to an external hard drive (that you provide or simply purchase
from us). Once the recovery process is complete, we will create
an invoice and have your hard drive available for pickup.
We are the first and only data recovery company with an onsite ISO class 5 clean room solution, yet we absolutely refuse to charge the extortionate mainland clean room prices for advanced logical & physical data recovery. If we don't retrieve any data, you don't pay any recovery fees! Not all hard drive failures or data loss issues need clean room advanced level recovery, but if they do, we can perform it ourselves.
We do not ship hard drives off-island for any advanced clean room recovery. We do it locally, in our own facility, with our own equipment. No other company in Hawaii has this capability.

We accept cash, checks and most major credit cards. HI GET 4.712%
will be applied to all service charges.
There will be an additional $25.00 fee for any returned checks.
How it works:
Drop an email or use the contact form. Once we have the drive in our lab, we'll create an online support ticket for you to track and update as needed with any questions, comments or concerns. Once diagnosis is complete, we'll advise on what level of data recovery is required (Wiki, Akamai or Kahuna) and proceed to attempt recovery. In the rare occasion where time should not be wasted & recovery should not be attempted (due to excessive damage or complete platter destruction, for example), we will advise you & return your hard drive without any incurred fees for service.
Short version:
We diagnose the failure for free & attempt recovery for free. You are only charged fees when data is recovered.
