Although the majority of hard drive failures do not require a clean room, we are capable of doing this level of recovery ourselves, if needed. With extensive experience in OEM warranty repairs, we are able to service hardware from manufacturers such as: Dell/Alienware, Apple, Sony, IBM, Toshiba, Lexmark, Canon, Acer, Shuttle, HP/Compaq & Gateway/E-Machines. If your machine is still under warranty, but you don't want to deal with technical support, let us do it for you. We are fluent in tech-anese, geek-lish & leet-speak to ensure a proper fix the first time.

At Casual Techs, a comfortable atmosphere is paramount in all things. I like to wear shorts & a t-shirt. As a data recovery engineer & small business owner, my hours are 24/7. Even though I will probably show up wearing comfortable clothes, rest assured that technical expertise and customer appreciation is not indicative by the outfits I wear. I'm as candid and frank as the next guy, so why should I hide behind some "geeky" outfit.
